About Our Community

Sterling Pointe Estates is a planned development near Folsom Lake in Placer County, California. It is located on Lake Forest Drive approximately 6 miles from the town of Loomis.

This 148 acre development is divided into 60 homesites. The parcels range in size from 1+ to 4.6 acres.

Sterling Pointe Estates is a "common interest development" or "CID" and is subject to the provisions of the Davis-Sterling Common Interest Development Act as set forth in California Civil Code Sections 1350 et seq.
